The contents of the Site published by Medinfo have been developed with the utmost care. As such, no unlawful or defamatory content appears on them.  In addition, they do not present anything that could be considered “misleading advertising” within the meaning of Articles 121-1 and following of the Consumer Code.

Advertisements on the Sites

Advertisements may be shown on our Sites.  These may come from external sources (third party affiliate management platforms, Google® advertisements…) or be managed by our own advertising organism.  Medinfo shall not be liable for the “misleading or aggressive” nature of advertising from external sources.

Conditions for the exercise of the right of access (right which cannot be exercised in situ)

Before we send you any personal data, we will ask you to provide us with proof of your identity.  If you are unable to prove your identity, we reserve the right to refuse to send you your personal data.

In accordance with Decree 2007-451 of 25/03/2007, your request will be met within a maximum period of 2 months, subject to its non-abusive nature.  You will be charged a lump sum not exceeding the amount corresponding to the reproduction of the documents resulting from your request.

Conditions concerning the rights of rectification and deletion are identical to those concerning the right of access.

Right of reply on the Site

In accordance with Article 6 IV of Law No. 2004-575, any natural or legal person appointed or designated on our website has a right of reply, without prejudice to requests for correction or deletion of the message which it may send to Medinfo’s headquarters.

The request for the exercise of the right of reply, addressed to the Director of the publication, must be submitted no later than three months from the date that the message justifying the request is made available to the public.
